Afshin Bozorgzadeh Mr. Bozorgzadeh brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in software and technology to his role as President. Mr. Bozorgzadeh has held key technology and management roles in several companies over the past 15 years. Prior to joining SCM Solution, Mr. Bozorgzadeh was one of the leading IBM/Rational Software IT Specialists. He brought to bear his considerable engineering acumen, extensive product, process and industry knowledge, and deep understanding of customer technical and business problems to hundreds of successful engagements. Mr. Bozorgzadeh spent the early part of his career as a test engineer in Sanmina and then moved on to various technology roles in companies such as Teradyne Inc. and Fidelity Brokerage to list a few. His driving vision is to simplify software development and he is committed to continuous improvement at everything he does. Mr. Bozorgzadeh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Gregory Tasonis VP, Marketing and Business Development Mr. Tasonis has been a leader in the Software Configuration Management field since 1999 with such companies as Teradyne, Fidelity Investments and IBM. Following several years with Rational technical sales and Rational Services, he was the lead engineer for the highly successful Global Business Services AIS Rational hosted environment in Atlanta, GA. He continues to provide leadership, technical guidance, and individual mentoring on the design, implementation, provisioning and support of Rational SCM projects worldwide and is passionate about his vision of helping companies realize the enormous benefit of SaaS delivered SCM.
Giovanni Taylor Mr. Taylori brings 24 years of software development, release management, consulting and management experience to his role as Vice President of operations and Consulting at SCM Solution. Prior to joining SCM Solution, Mr. Taylor led a team of release engineers and software managers to fully implement a full software development lifecycle at Siemens communications. Mr. Taylor has worked for SCM software companies including Atria Software, PureAtria, and Rational and consulted for companies like Siemens, Motorola/Emerson, Nortel Networks, Compaq and Teradyne. Mr. Taylor started his career as software engineer at GTE communications in 1985. Today he is an expert in the field of SCM. Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, MI.
Raja Krishnasamy VP, Finance and Business Process/IT Mr. Krishnasamy brings 12 years of business process and information technology management experience to his role as Vice President of Business Process and IT at SCM Solution. He possesses a keen interest in the application of emerging technologies in solving business problems. His steadfast dedication to IT management and continuous process improvement keeps the company ahead of the competition. Prior to joining SCM Solution, Raj led the efforts integrating CRM with SCM and has been key personnel in company’s cost cutting effort while improving customer service. Mr. Krishnasamy was a senior business information technologist driving customer satisfaction at Teradyne. Prior to Teradyne, Raj spent several years at varied roles in Manufacturing Applications Center, CT and Fiat/Ashok Leyland as a Senior R&D Engineer. At Fiat/Ashok Leyland, Raj was instrumental in engine R&D efforts. Mr. Krishnasamy holds an M.B.A., International Business/IT from Central Connecticut State University, M.S. in Information Systems, from Northeastern University and a B.S., Production Engineering, from PSG College of Technology.
Derek L. Nielsen VP, Technology Solutions Mr. Nielsen is an adroit quality focused professional of IT, development tools, software development programs, projects, and infrastructure. As VP or Technology Solutions, Mr. Nielsen brings over fifteen years of applied overall experience in the technology realm across a plethora of industries to include Financial, Insurance, Government, Semi-Conductor, and Automotive. Mr. Nielsen is practiced in complete lifecycle of business critical IT and development infrastructure projects helping to improve the proficiency of business processes and decrease time to market of products. Mr. Nielsen comes to SCM Solution after founding and profitably running DevelTec Solutions, a technology and development consultancy for six years.
